Basic level classes /workshops give overviews as well as information and practice of self-care skills.
Advanced level classes prepare participants to support and facilitate holistic /energy healing in others.
Group activities provide sacred space for creating a healing community that shares collective healing experiences.

Tuition fees support CHI outreach projects in HIV-AIDS affected communities in Kenya.
