TESTIMONIAL 1: INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS ONLINE ( 3 month program - one session a week)

In the past three months, I have learned to use the various tools and processes of the Creative HoIistic Integration (CHI) System that Suchinta has developed and shared with me. Over this period, as a result of my CHI practice, I have been experiencing several exciting transformational changes.
One of my main issues was a serious lack of self-esteem that seemed to affect several areas of my life. Recently I have noticed that I now am able to speak my truth in ways that others can hear it. For me, this is huge! I have always had a difficult time expressing my truths, especially when it involved saying no. My usual way has been to take on all the blame, put myself down, or simply lie, in order to spare the other person's feelings. I can no longer communicate this way.
For example, I recently ended a 10-year relationship. I took on all the blame. In contrast, just this week I changed the course of a new romantic relationship. I communicated absolutely truthfully, from my heart. As I heard myself say, " I must honor myself in this instance...." the man responded very favorably. This new relationship is based on truth. I can now trust myself to speak, act and relate to others in a whole new way. Engaging in this soul work has shown me the truth of who I am, and enabled me to express it with confidence.
I continue to use the powerful tools and processes that I learned to honor and strengthen myself, and be grounded in my wholeness. This is only one example of many. My thanks to Suchinta, the universe and to the Divine within All That Is!
