Gratitude Mandala
To create this mandala you can combine words and images, using colored pencils as well as gel pens.
To create this mandala you can combine words and images, using colored pencils as well as gel pens.
- Charge and bless materials.
- Create a word mandala with "I am grateful for this moment" in one or more languages you wish to express gratitude.
- Be conscious of both pleasant and unpleasant experiences that have brought you to where you are at in this moment. Understand that each experience has contributed to your soul's evolution.
- Ask to know the purpose and meaning of your experiences regardless of whether they were pleasant or unpleasant.
- Journal and share your experience with this mandala.
Gifting / Healing Mandala
Visualize yourself in your Wholeness Mandala with your heart at the center.
GIFTING:
GIFTING:
- Visualize the person you are gifting the mandala to in your mandala with you.
- Look into his/her eyes.
- Ask what s/he intends for him/herself.
- Charge and bless materials,
- Create a mandala to support the intention.
- Scan or take a picture of the mandala and save it.
- Give it /Email it to the person you made it for.
- Visualize the person who needs healing in your Wholeness Mandala with you.
- Express the intentions in mantric pattern, synching with breath as follows:
- INHALE: Think “I am … EXHALE: …Well
- First for yourself.
- I am … well! I am … happy! I am … peaceful! I am … grateful!
- I am … balanced! I am … blessed! I am … whole! I am … holy!”.
- You are (or Name is) …well! You are … happy! You are …peaceful! You are …grateful! You are …balanced! You are… blessed! You are …whole! You are …holy!”
- Visualize yourself and the other person as being healthy and happy etc., and living life to the fullest.
- Ask him/her what s/he intends for him/herself.
- Charge and bless materials.
- Ask for a mandala symbol to support the intention.
- Create the mandala.
- Scan or take a picture of the mandala and save it.
- Give it /Email it to the person you made it for.
- Journal on your experience, and share if you wish.

After you create your mandalas, please don't forget to journal on your experience.
Journals can help you reflect on and understand your journey.
Sharing your mandala journals with me or others in the course is optional.
All participants in this course are the human mandala that we're all part of.
So... if you feel guided to share your experiences, please do.
It can help you as well as the whole group.
It's totally your choice. No pressure whatsoever. Follow your guidance.
After you create your mandalas, please don't forget to journal on your experience.
