Before you begin, and after you finish, ask yourself:
If 0 = Best Possible and 10 = Worst possible, what number are you at now?
Did your number change?
After the first time you do this:
You only have to close your eyes and visualize yourself in the Torus Mandala.
(If you prefer, you can create your own version of the Torus Mandala.)
Begin the breathing pattern.
Do this 3 or more times every day to significantly reduce and manage stress.
This simple exercise is at the center of the CHI System.
