Citrus-Herb Summer Coolers

Directions
  1. Put the first 3 ingredients with I cup water in a high speed blender and process.  
  2. Add the rest of the water. 
  3. Pour over ice.
I had the Lemon-Mint combination in Pakistan and  was hooked.  I came back and made it for myself.  Then went on to try different combinations - all quick, easy and delicious summer coolers.  I make a quart of this every day and drink it throughout the day.

Lemon Mint Cooler
Ingredients
1 large or 2 small lemons juiced
1 - 15 large mint leaves
Stevia to taste
2 - 3 cups water 


Lime Basil Cooler
Replace lemon with lime and Mint with Basil.

Variation:  If you want this to be a fizzy drink, in Step 2 replace water with Soda Water.
